UK band The Longcut has just released the “Broken Hearts” EP which contains my remix of “Open Hearts”. I went for a big house sound with this one, but also tried to retain some of the rock vocals and textures from the original. Enjoy!

Apologies for the lack of updates, but I’ve been super busy getting things ready for my new album which FINALLY comes out February 9th on my label, Output Noise Records. This one will be available in CD and digital formats. Definitely take a preview of the tracks below.
Also, I’ll be performing many of these songs LIVE at The Fridge this Saturday. I’ll be supporting the up and coming (and awesome) DC band, Bluebrain and there will also be DJ support from my one of my favorite DC producers, Autorock. The show should be crazy!
Check out my remix on the new These Days EP by Benjamin Runyan, aka City Rain. The original is a great, lush, down-tempo, vocal track, but I re-worked it into a more lively number with some piano chords that alternate between sounding like house music and a rumbling dance-classical piece.
The EP also contains some nice remixes by Alka and Aligning Minds.
I must say that I’m really excited about what Ben has been putting out lately. I’ve heard a good amount of his upcoming vocal album and I can honestly say the best is yet to come from this young guy.

Misfits Fight Song (feat. Outputmessage) by My Robot Friend
Over the last year or so Triobelisk and I have exchanged several remixes to great results. My remix of “Distant Star”, his new track (with vocals!) just appeared on bandcamp and the release has already got some love from Discobelle.net. Take a listen to the remix below and feel free to purchase it, or the whole releases for that matter (as it’s quite good), from the Triobelisk bandcamp page. The release should be available on iTunes and other online music retailers in the next few weeks.
The second single from my upcoming sophomore album will be out on Sept. 15th, a week from today. For this one I’ve redone two old tracks, “Resurface” and “Glintz”, and put vocals on top. You can preview the tracks plus the 6 remixes (!) below. This one should be a doozy!
“Sands”, my second techno track to come out on Baltimore’s MORE OR LESS label, is now exclusively available on Beatport.com. It’s coupled with one of the smoothest remixes I’ve heard in a while by Addled.

It took a little while, but Resurface Remixed is now available on iTunes and Amazon MP3 (Beatport is soon to follow) courtesy of Swedish Columbia. A couple of bonus tracks have been added. “Risen” is a beefed up and more danceable version of “Rise” while “On Command” is a more mellow and melancholic affair. You should definitely check it out if you liked the Resurface EP.
